eReader? Tablet Android? IPAD 2?
Ultimately, I'm wanting an eReader. People who have asked have suggested spending the money extra and buy an iPad, but I do not really want or need that I have an iPhone and a laptop now. I never heard of Android pills a few days ago when I started to do research eReaders. So what is best and why? I would like characteristics eReader in the following: – Internal memory of 2 MB and 4 – 6 inch screen – USB – as many formats as possible, especially in PDF, Word – Contact or E-ink is not really bothered – Wifi ** Must be compatible for use in Australia **
I have a Kindle IPAD and 3. If only interested in the functionality of a electronic reader is not really an iPad work, IMO is too heavy and bulky to be truly effective as an eReader, I IPAD my photographic work and is ideal for this, but not so large as eReader, too heavy to hold comfortably and read for too long, not quite small enough to be more portable than a laptop small streams, USB connectivity still requires a separate adapter for IPAD / 2 and I find reading a backlit screen for long periods of tiring. So unless you need all the extra features that IPAD is not what I consider an ideal choice for the sole purpose of an eReader. My Kindle in your life for another hand in my bag is small enough and light that is my constant companion and goes everywhere with me: it's the same size as a DVD case and almost as thin as heavy as a thin book of this size. File formats supported are limited primarily to mobilize AZW (name), pdf and txt files to eBook formats have become one of these programs using as Calibre (http://calibre-ebook.com/), but often have to do because most have found books that I want on the shop Amazon Kindle, the collection of the shop (yes, I'm from Australia) is quite large. Information about the Kindle here http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B003DZ1Y8Q?country=AU The electronic ink display here is the best I've seen and have 3G connectivity (free) and Wi-Fi In short, LOOOVE my Kindle! Other eReader that I recommend you take out, as seems to be ideal for what you need (except I do not think wifi) is one of the drives from Sony These e-readers http://ebookstore.sony.com/reader/ Sony to support a wide range of file formats and has one of the models of the touch screen e-ink, although I have noticed is lower in contrast than non-touch devices. I think more than 2 eReaders are the best of the bunch and is a great choice. Here's a site that made a fair comparison of the characteristics Kindle and Sony Reader, which I hope http://www.latestgadgets.co.uk/portable-media-mp3/2115-sony-reader-vs-amazon-kindle I just help you better and good luck.
