Ink Art Paint Bucket Tools 1.3?
I use my father's HP Compaq Tablet PC and Ink Art Program 1.3 is a program that comes with it. The fund is like a whitish color and can not find the Paint Bucket tool or something you can take all the back white plan (so it can put a design on a shirt at cafepress.com) or other color .. there is a tool as I can find? Please help!
Try using another program that is not working for me either. Photoshop? or Adobe Image Ready (you can download for free line) and select magic eraser and click Ont eh different background colors.
