Garry's Mod in an HP tc4400?

Hi guys, take a used HP TC4400 Tablet PC on eBay and wondered if I could run Garry's Mod I am an avid computer, but my knowledge is rather limited to workstations. From my impression that must function properly. Here are some more detailed specifications: 2.0GHz Intel C2D 2.0GB DDR2 667MHz (upgradable to 4GB) Intel GMA 950 XP Pro (update 7) The question here is, of course, the GMA 950, but not because it is a tablet and has a native resolution of 1024×768 only I was wondering if this chip-set crappy could hold their own. Apparently, people have played hl2 in wide screen resolutions, with 950. I tested, but I will not do it for a week or two, and I just wanted to be prepared. Thank you, Tim Otto
