Someone Wacom Graphire Tablet?

I just bought and downloaded the software today, and it now says that tablet support not found in the system … Do you have the CD in the CD while using the pill? the tablet is connected to USB connection is so frustrating, can someone please help.

I have not one, but if you go website Company, which may have updates or patches that must be met after implementing the CD. At least they should have some FAQ or maybe customer service "chat" with.
