How to create a 3D model evolving 360.?

I need software, preferably freeware, that I can create 3D models / images that I can scale 360 degrees with a mouse or a tablet. I too would rather work on QuickTime or Windows Media software breeding must be something easy, like Google Sketchup. I also discovered that when I export my creations 3dae or something, is very similar to the preview of Mac OS X and the look. Thank you in advance
