A welcome surprise from the recent Mobile World Congress in Barcelona was the announcement of a new smartphone from Sony Ericsson. Well before the start Event scheduled the official opening of the next device in series P, the P5i is said but we have a brand new, the first is the XPERIA X1.

Mobile office before Sony Ericsson devices have been used as a primary operating system Symbian as the P1i, but things seem to have changed, as the X1 is the first Sony Ericsson phone to run on Windows Mobile. More precisely, is the first phone mobile to use the new Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional operating system, which gives it an advantage over competitors who use version 6, although Windows Mobile 6.1 has not yet been officially announced yet, so the differences offered by the new version over the old remains to be seen.

The X1 has a 3 inch touch screen with very few controls on the front end and a sliding QWERTY keyboard and reminds me a little the E-TEN M700 and X500, because both share the same few square design with front controls and a large keyboard. Judging by the separation between each button type should be easy for this phone, although the keyboard seems a bit boring, thanks to the cold metal used in grayscale. To strengthen yet this is the slider design of the Arc, which provides a slight increase on the screen when slid a bit like the HTC TyTN II, but a much smaller scale.

The number of features that Sony Ericsson has succeeded in a package of phone less mobile, 17 mm thick is a success. Options Connectivity is abundant, not less than the general expectations of a business arrangement of this kind. As well as GPRS and Bluetooth standard, also advanced 3G 3.6 Mbps (HSDPA or if you prefer) and Wi-Fi too. An audio jack of 3.5 mm is also available on a large set of options which offers a seductive idea of what is proposed.

One aspect I was disappointed by some recent smartphones is below the surface, because although all functions has been growing steadily, processors insufficient RAM memory chips, or has caused a major obstacle to rapid and ease of use. The rel = "nofollow" href = "http://www.phones2udirect.co.uk/details/All/P10295/All/Sony_Ericsson_XPERIA_X1.html"> Sony Ericsson XPERIA X1 will have a 528MHz Qualcomm processor and 128MB of RAM, there may be 8 years was similar to a specification standard PC. Having this power should ensure that the X1 will be fast as lightning, but in fairness to Sony Ericsson P1i previous badge does not suffer from this problem at all if no problems in that order, it is probably unfounded, but lets wait and see before drawing conclusions in haste.

Auto-rotation screen user interface with support which means essentially that when the phone is tilted to display in landscape mode, the screen follows suit. This should save energy is diverted by the processor when opening the keyboard and probably save time.

Besides office / business offers the X1 continues to offer more for the label expected high prices. The music is effectively aided by compatibility with Bluetooth headsets and the wealth of onboard memory available. A mass of 400 MB of internal memory is available, and the location microSD card habit, but if the XPERIA X1 integrates SDHC cards are tentative. An FM radio with RDS is also available in the unlikely If you perform music or simply fed up with his own collection.

To top it all, the XPERIA X1 integrates a GPS receiver for use as as a device for SAT-NAV with compatible software and there is also a 3.15MP camera with autofocus and flash. No word at this time if the X1 comes with all software navigation but hopefully that will be published shortly.

While reserving its opinion until it can put the operating system their steps, the Sony Ericsson XPERIA X1 is already very tempting and very wealth of features that have managed to shake the leaves only one question — How long 'till you can buy one?

My new HP laptop when I try to play LAG SimCity Societies. Suggestions? Or why?

I have a new HP laptop / compressed using Vista Home Premium. I have 2 GB of RAM and an AMD 2.0. I also have a good graphics card and I am with another using ReadyBoost 2 GB of flash memory. There should be enough processing power! So why is it still? Is this the game? THANK YOU!

The problem lies in SimCity Societies. And you're not alone. Many people complain.
