Is there one for VGA, component or S-Video adapter?

My laptop – a Gateway Tablet PC CX2610 – has a VGA output port. Conectarse at my TV, which has Video-In, S-Video-In, and plugs components. I would like to do because it would then be able to use my computer DVD drive rather than buying a new DVD player and my computer speakers 5.1 surround sound to see these movies and do something else. What I would do this and still make a quality video decent? I do not want to spend a fortune, but I do not want a pixelated image, either.

You will need a converter which converts a VGA signal into RCA composite (yellow) and / or S-video signal to the television screen. This will do: http://www.cabletrain.com/switches/analog-digital-video-converters/vga-to-rca-s-video-vga-converter. html
