Utility Num Lock LED flash on the hard disk activity?

I have a Compaq TC1000 Tablet PC activity light without the high definition and found a few utilities that say that the Scroll Lock LED flash, but unfortunately, I have one of those either! Therefore, you Need a flash mode HD activity light Lock key (it has one of these), or at least a means to exchange features of the NUM & Scroll LED using other utilities. Thank you in advance for any assistance.
