I draw on the computer, so I am lost what to buy.?

I do a lot of work for cartoons and seen the Wacom Cintiq 21UX. I read the lower half of the time you used to do their work. I point to my work and then scan then colored with Photoshop. Then I saw this Acer TravelMate C310 Convertible Tablet PC TMC312XCi. Some people say enough standard Wacom tablet, have you used any of these tips, I am a bit lost.
