Anyone know of a Tablet Android / slate that is actually shipping and available for sale now?

Specifically, I'm looking for a 1 GHz (or faster?) tablet / slate running Android 2.1 (or 2.2?) and built in Wi-Fi is really shipping and can be purchased today. I was going to get a IPAD, but can not justify the price of 500-800 $, the lack of capacity of flash, etc. However, I want the equivalent of Android and now I bring Office Touchdown, Android and others.
