What's better than the device of the mobile Internet?

I think these features as options-Nokia N810 [seems to be the most attractive for me because I can do much with it]-Archos 5 Internet Tablet Toshiba-TG01 [way out of my price range, but everyone can dream hahahaha] iPod Touch [who had one before and I like interface, but I want more of the Internet that can handle, and it seems more of a toy and does not suit all in fact for me] my basic needs are: a camera, webcam, if possible, capable of operating in the AIM and Yahoo IM, touch interface, speed, a web browser that works!, Fast Internet via Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, headphone jack, operating system changed. My price range is $ 200 – $ 400 All suggestions are greatly appreciated =] Not really looking for a phone and I do have one million dollars to pay the contract price

try 3GS iPhone, it has all those, and only $ 200 with contract!
