Hey, what programs should start drawing on the computer start? I've heard talk about PS CS4 and Adobe Illustrator CS2 … Canvas Open … And you think Wacom tablets are good?
I do not know how you are a beginner, they sound like using professional tools. If you do not want to pay money to try Inkscape. Blender3D Personally, I like well but it is a 3D tool.
